Drop-off
The drop-off point is located on the top level of the car park building. The drop-off fee of £5 is included in your fare.
Pick-up
On-Call Meet & Greet:
For On-Call pick-up service at LHR T4 please follow: your vehicle will be waiting off the Terminal area. When cleared from baggage reclaim please call a driver on the number received in the SMS, then find ‘SIM Local’ shop in the arrival hall (left side of Costa Coffee) and wait there for the driver, who will come over to help you with your baggage (15-20 minutes). Please call your driver for further help or assistance.
Meet & Greet
The driver will wait for you in the arrival hall, close to the SIM Local shop. The driver will have a board with your name and flight number (or final destination) displayed.
