The drop-off point is located in front of the Terminal building, on the Plaza. The drop-off fee of £5 is included in your fare.
Pick-up
On-Call Meet & Greet:
After immigration check and luggage reclaim, please call your driver to request a pick-up. After exiting from the restricted arrival zone, find the M&S shop, located on the left-hand side when entering the public arrival hall. Please wait there for the driver who will come over to assist and accompany you to the vehicle.
Meet & Greet
When entering the public arrival hall, the driver will be waiting for you aside from the M&S shop, located on the left-hand side. The driver uses Tablet with your name and flight number (or final destination) displayed.
