The drop-off point is located just in front of the North Terminal, 5 minutes away. The drop-off fee of £5 is included in the fare rate.
PICK-UP
On-Call Pick-up
After immigration check and luggage reclaim please call the driver assigned to your ride and let the driver know you are ready for pick-up. Then exit to the public arrival hall and on your right-hand side please find Boots shop and wait for driver, who will come over to help you with your suitcases.
Meet & Greet:
Your driver will wait for you inside the arrival hall. The driver use Tablet to show your name and flight number (or final destination).
